Newly restored on the Fattoria Viticcio, surrounded by a well maintained garden, the family vineyards and olive groves and a spectacular panorama, the holiday apartment Belvedere is situated all on one level. There is a lovely living room with ample space for the entire group to gather and spend time together and an elegant fireplace.

Typical Tuscan Decor with a Modern Touch

There is a formal dining area with a table for the entire group and a separate kitchen. Furnished with modern appliances, including dishwasher, extra large stove, oven & frigo, dinnerware and more - this is the perfect place to make your own meal experimenting with the many fresh flavors at the local market...and of course a bottle for the on site cantina.

The bedrooms all include a TV, WiFi service and a private air conditioning system for those hot summer evenings. There are two double bedrooms in soft neutral shades with a splash of color and both have their own bathroom.  The master bedroom suite  has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a connecting bedroom with two twin beds, ideal for children or young adults. These two bedrooms share a large en suite master bathroom. There is space for up to 10 persons in this apartment with the addition of a full size sofa bed.

The tasteful decor incorporates the warm colors of terracotta, the rich dark wood beams, the light colored wood parquet and the spectacular scenery to create a warm and welcoming holiday accommodation. In addition to the cozy interiors, there is a lovely garden featuring a private swimming pool, covered patio with table and chairs, an outdoor bathroom and a grill.
